WHO ARE WE?
I spent years in the new home sales industry, successfully closing over $160,000,000 in transactions and earning recognition as Tampa Bay’s Salesperson of the Year. Throughout those experiences, I discovered that sharing insights, tools, and strategies with fellow agents often led to greater success for everyone involved.
This realization inspired me to create a supportive online space for new home sales professionals—a place where agents could find valuable resources, access blogs and podcasts, and connect with a community eager to learn from one another’s experiences. My focus centered on fostering an environment of collaboration over competition, allowing members to exchange knowledge, overcome challenges, and grow their careers together.
Alongside these community-driven offerings, I have made one-on-one coaching available for those who want personalized guidance. By working directly with individuals to identify specific areas of improvement and offering step-by-step strategies, I aim to help them become top producers in the industry.
All of these efforts were designed to encourage agents to elevate not only their own performance, but also the overall standard of new home sales. Through this platform, my mission became clear: to empower every member of the community to reach their fullest potential and shape a more successful future for themselves and their clients.
